Tameka Raymond and Shereé Whitfield got hot in the kitchen over the weekend.
The two were teamed up with chef Delroy Christian at the inaugural “Celebrity Cook-off,” a part of the second annual Taste of Southwest Atlanta. Their team served up the winning dish, which included a fire-roasted curry chicken, tiger shrimp and a ragú of summer vegetables.
What’s better? The ladies were competing against Shereé’s ex-husband Bob! Singer Ray Lavender of "The Ultimate Merger" and former NFLer Ed Hartwell were in the mix as well. After receiving one common ingredient that they had to incorporate into the final product, the teams had 30 minutes to plate and serve their meals to the judges.
It looks like Tameka and Shereé work well together under pressure. After cooking in a makeshift kitchen and hob-knobbing at ATL Live on the Park, they could become quite the dynamic duo.
