Rosie seeks justice from ‘Law & Order’

Rosie Perez is doing what her lawyers say is the right thing and has filed a lawsuit against the producers of “Law & Order: SVU.”

The actress claims that she was excessively “pulled, grabbed, yanked, wrenched and/or manhandled” when she guest-starred on the show in 2009. The lawsuit accuses an extra of shaking Rosie and causing a herniated disc.

Rosie has suffered numbness and pain in her arms, her attorney told the New York Daily News.

“I’m on the mend. It’s going slow, but I am getting better,” Rosie told CBSNews.com in late 2010.
