Mary Harvey responds to arrest warrant

Mary Harvey turned herself in to authorities Friday in response to an arrest request made by comedian Steve Harvey in March.

Steve, who currently has custody of the former couple’s 9-year-old son Wynton, asked that Mary be arrested months ago after she missed a court date in Texas.

Although the arrest warrant was issued on March 10, Mary, who lives in L.A., just turned herself in on Friday, nearly three months later.

Mary, whose claim to fame is her YouTube campaign accusing Steve of adultery, was released on $5,000 bond, reports.

In the videos, Mary not only accused Steve of carrying on an affair with his current wife while he was still married to her, she also suggested that he was not supporting her or their son.

However, Steve released divorce documents that showed he had dished out millions to the woman described as “erratic” by her former assistant.

The public drama between Steve and Mary was quieted in February when Steve issued Mary a gag order inside a box of chocolates. However, it’s clear that the saga is ongoing.

TV viewers may be able to see some of the drama unfold when Mary’s reality show airs. The series is currently in production.
