Sean Kingston feeling better

Sean Kingston’s physical condition has been upgraded, but he’s not out of the woods yet.

Sean’s publicist, Joseph Cardozza, told E! News today that the "Beautiful Girls" singer is doing much better following his jet ski accident in Miami Beach over Memorial Day weekend.

"Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning," Joseph said in a statement. "Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes."

The singer, who was admitted to Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition, is expected to make a full recovery in about six weeks. He arrived at the hospital last weekend with a broken jaw, a broken wrist and water in his lungs, but he was listed in stable condition a day later.

Just as Sean’s condition continues to improve, he could possibly be facing some legal troubles following the serious crash that landed him in the hospital.

Authories in Florida told that Sean’s accident occured in a manatee zone, and under state law, it is prohibited for boats or any other watercraft to create a wake in those areas.

It is possible that Sean may have violated that law just before his crash, but investigators are trying to figure out what really happened. If found guilty, Sean would have to pay a fine of up to $32,500.
