Halle Berry accuses ex of custody violation

Just when it seemed an amicable custody agreement had been reached between Halle Berry and her ex, the Oscar winner now claims he’s putting their daughter at risk.

Halle returned to family court Tuesday morning and accused Gabriel Aubry of neglecting 3-year-old Nahla during an overseas trip.

Halle reportedly asked the judge to rule that Gabriel was in violation of the custody agreement the two had reached, and her lawyer, Laura Wasser, provided a long list outlining Gabriel’s parenting practices, according to TMZ.

The judge didn’t grant Halle’s request to make the ruling at that time; however, the hearing was set for a later date when Gabriel would be able to attend.

In April, Halle told “Extra” that the custody battle was “going well" and that she and Gabriel had been able to "resolve things;" however, the custody battle has endured for nearly six months.
