    Michelle Obama to help with ‘Makeover’

    Michelle Obama is ready to get her hands dirty yet again, this time on ABC. The network has announced that Michelle will be taping an episode of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" in Fayetteville, North Carolina, this week.

    The first lady will be helping to add on to a center for homeless female veterans near Ft. Bragg. Specifically, she’ll be adding a greenhouse and a play area for kids as part of her Joining Forces initiative with Jill Biden.

    ‘Watch the Throne’ gets two drop dates
     
    After a few fakeouts, Jay-Z and Kanye West have finally revealed when fans can expect their highly anticipated collaboration to go on sale.

    According to ThatGrapeJuice.net, Watch The Throne will be available for download on Monday, August 1. Fans wanting a physcial copy of Watch The Throne will have to wait until August 5, when the album hits stores.

    Trey Songz goes Hollywood

    Singer Trey Songz is headed to the big screen. The “Birthday Sex” singer landed a role in the latest incarnation of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

    This 3D version isn’t a remake. According to a press release, this film will pick up where the ’74 classic left off.

    The movie will mark Trey’s film debut as he takes on the role of Ryan, the boyfriend of Heather, which will be played by Tania Raymonde.

    There’s no word yet on whether Trey’s character will survive and make it to the end of the horror flick.

    Boyz II Men dropping anniversary album

    Boyz II Men is going to celebrate two decades in the music business with a new album, fittingly titled Twenty.

    The group announced that Twenty will be a double album that’s part greatest hits compilation, featuring 10 of their smashes such as "End of the Road," "Bended Knee" and "I’ll Make Love To You." The other half of the album will be packed with new material.

    For the guys, there was no other way for the group to show fans how much they appreciate all of the support. “We started with a pure love for music, so to be here 20 years later still doing what we love has been a pure blessing," Wanya Morris said.

    Look for Twenty to hit stores and online retailers this fall!

    Maya Rudolph welcomes son

    Maya Rudolph and her hubby received a pleasant surprise earlier this month when they welcomed a son. 

    According to People.com, Maya delivered a bouncing baby boy named Jack on July 3. Reportedly the Bridesmaids actress and her husband Paul Thomas Anderson didn’t want to know the baby’s gender until he was born.

    Jack is the third child for Maya and Paul, who already have two daughters together.

    Wendy Williams talks plastic surgery

    Wendy Williams is nothing if not honest, so when serving as a guest host on “The View,” the talk-show host, who usually handles the task alone on her own show, had no problem admitting to having some work done.

    “I make it no secret. Tummy tuck, liposuction…” she listed before Sherri Shepherd referred to it as “stupid.”

    “You’re giving in to the Hollywood thing,” Sherri said, but Wendy wiggled her fleshy arms to dispel that notion.
