Mariah Carey’s camp keeps mum about HSN

Mariah Carey’s camp is keeping quiet about her somewhat scattered appearance on HSN last night.

The singer dropped by the Home Shopping Network Monday night, to supposedly to sell some of her wares However, that’s not exactly how it went down.

What the "Honey" singer wound up doing was getting very personal about her pregnancy during the two-hour session. Maybe the homey atmosphere made her more relaxed than usual.

First off, Mariah admitted to having a hard time with her baby bump while letting Morrocan and Monroe bake in her oven. "Holding those twins in—you have to keep them in as long as possible," she shared, adding that the pain was worth it to her even if she had to hold them a little longer than expected. "It’s a sacrifice you make for them. Literally I was like, 47-weeks pregnant."

To put that in perspective, most pregnancies last about 40 weeks on average, according to BabyZone.com. By those calculations, Mariah was nearly 2 months overdue, and it was hard on the new mom.

"I was so uncomfortable," Mariah told prospective customers during her late-night appearance. "[People] were always saying to me, ‘Oh, but it’s all worth it!’ Yeah, but it’s easy to say when you’re not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into like a really difficult time."

Mariah may have been aware that she seemed a little spacey as she kept blamed the hour on her behavior, asking the audience to excuse her because "it’s late."  That’s more of an explanation than her camp offered up.

When E! News why Mariah was acting so out-of-it, her camp had nothing to say.
