Ice-T has drawn fire after making a harsh comment about the recent suicide of a "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star.
The reality TV community was rocked by reports that Russell Armstrong, the estranged husband of "RHOBH" star Taylor Armstrong, had been found dead in his apartment, victim of an apparent suicide on Monday night.
In situations like this, most people will only offer their condolences, if they comment at all. Ice, on the other hand, decided to make a crack about the suicide, tweeting, "Bad joke..but alotta those wives would make me consider it."
Ice didn’t stop there, though, as he took aim at several other popular shows. "A guy asked me my key to success & whats the difference between us. I said ‘Did you see the last 3 episodes of Jersey Shore?’ Yes ‘I didn’t,’" tweeted Ice, who has his own reality show on E! called "Ice Loves Coco."
The rapper-turned-actor had even worse criticism for VH1’s "Basketball Wives," writing that its title isn’t accurate.
"Speaking on Wives shows…Are any of the ‘Basketball Wives’ even married??? …So shouldn’t it be called.."Basketball Dumped H–‘???" asked Ice, who argued that his question was only fair because of the label that his wife, CoCo, is often slammed with. "Hey! People love to call my wife a H–," Well at least she is a WIFE."
