Gucci Mane and his ice cream tattoo are headed to lock-up for pushing a woman out of his car.
The Associated Press reports that Gucci has been sentenced to six months in prison after pleading guilty to two counts each of battery and reckless conduct. He also pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct.
The charges stem from a January 28 incident, when a woman named Diana Graham alleged that Gucci pushed her out of his moving Hummer while it was traveling down a street in suburbs of Atlanta.
In addition to time behind bars, Gucci was sentenced to serve several months of probation and he has to particpate in 12 weeks of anger management.
State Court Judge Eleanor Ross also ordered Gucci to pay Diana $5,091 for medical expenses and a $3,000 fine.
