Tupac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, has vowed that his sex tape will never go public if she has anything to say about it.
TMZ.com reports that Afeni is prepared to go to court if anyone distributes footage of her son receiving oral sex during a party. A rep for his estate bluntly stated, "We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape."
Supposedly, Tupac’s estate is the only entity with any right to use his image for commecial use, and distribution of a sex tape would fall under their jurisdiction.
If the tape is released, Afeni is ready for a legal battle. In fact, she already preparing for it. Afeni told her rep to "get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out."
Tupac’s estate is currently trying to pinpoint who might be attempting to sell the video by identifying other people spotted on camera, including the woman who went down on Tupac.
The rapper’s family believe that one of his co-stars could be the one marketing the video.
