It seems her “Basketball Wives: LA” co-stars have already literally voted her off the island, but before fans of the show do the same, Jackie Christie warns them to keep tuning in for the whole story.
“There’s a lot of confusion and misconceptions about me, but I plan to be vindicated,” she told Sister 2 Sister.
With only one episode left before the two-part reunion, it’s looking doubtful that Jackie’s reputation will be restored before the end of the season, which found her in the midst of most of—if not all—the drama.
Jackie came off as a bit of an instigator on the show, seemingly pitting one girl against the next, but she said her habit of talking about people when they’re not in the vicinity was her attempt at keeping everything above board. However, she does acknowledge that most people probably would have handled things differently.
“Everybody’s not like me. I learned that everyone’s not the same way. I can respect that. You get a group of women together and everyone has different opinions or ideas,” she said.
“I’m a very fair and honest girl, and I’m very in your face. I’m from Seattle. That’s the way I grew up. You tell it like it is. I’m not into the hearsay,” said Jackie.
Although it seemed like Jackie was responsible for a good bit of the hearsay that caused drama and division on the show, she said her motives were good.
“Everyone that knows me and has been around me will know what my intentions are. I’m very caring. I love people,” she said, noting that she doesn’t have issues with any of the women on the show.
“I still adore them. I still do now. I have no issues with any of them. I absolutely have no issues with any of the girls. I hope nothing but the best for them for the rest of their lives,” she said.
