Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco have enlisted some professional help to plan their summer nuptials.
For all you naysayers: Yes, Chad and Evelyn really are getting married. The two have just added a little more star power to their big day by enlisting the help of celebrity wedding planner Diann Valentine, who is about to debut her new WE tv series "I Do Over"
"I’ve been working with them a little over a month now," Diann told S2S. She revealed that the pair is still in the very early stages of planning the wedding but some ideas are starting to come together.
"We don’t have a date yet, but we know that it’s summer 2012," Diann said, confirming the deadline that Evelyn set shortly after "Basketball Wives" wrapped its last season.
While many question the authenticity of Chad and Evelyn’s relationship, Diann said that all she’s seen is a couple that is deeply in love. In her opinion, those two have something that’s hard to find.
"I think they have great chemistry. They’re so much alike. They appear to be the best of friends," Dianne stated. "That’s what everybody wants. You just want someone that understands you, whoever you are."
With Chad working in Boston and Evelyn running her shop in Miami, settling on a venue for their wedding may be a challenge. Then there’s the fact that Evelyn’s got family up in New York. All of them fabulous cities, but which is right for Chad and Evelyn’s big day?
As Diann revealed to S2S, "We don’t have a location, but it’s likely going to be somewhere in Florida." Unfortunatley, she didn’t say whether the couple plans to shoot the wedding for TV.
WE tv viewers are about to witness what Diann can do when "I Do Over" debuts November 13 at 10 p.m. EST. On the show, she recreates weddings for lovers that didn’t exactly get to have the ceremony of their dreams.
You may have already seen her work as Diann has planned weddings for Usher, Toni Braxton, Lela Rochon, Martin Lawrence, Kelis and Nas and Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men. Check out Diann’s work from "I Do Over" below!
