NeNe Leakes is getting her hustle on with plans to market a Moscato and open a chain of party spots.
She may have left "The Celebrity Apprentice" early, but NeNe knows that keeping busy is the best way to build up her bank account. That’s why NeNe, who just opened a restaurant in California, is eyeing some other business ventures.
"I’m so proud of myself. I have a Famous Famiglia inside of the Sacramento airport," NeNe told S2S, adding that she’d like to become more of presence in terminals across the country. "I’m hoping to do airport business—open up bars is what I really want to do."
Should she make that dream a reality, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star will be able to stock the bar with her very own line of Moscato. "My wine is going to be out of Italy, and I’ve been working with people who work directly the vineyards there," NeNe dished. "The wine is going to be great!"
"It’s called Miss Moscato. Our slogan is ‘it’s fabulously delicious,’" NeNe revealed to S2S. "That’s very close to coming out in the next couple of weeks."
Fans will be able to get a good look at the product as NeNe said that she’ll be taking it with her to all of her press events as soon as it comes out. And NeNe hopes to get her wine into the friendly skies! "I wanted to first sell it to an airline to serve aboard," she explained. "On Delta or United or somebody, I want them to be able to serve it. We’re hoping to sell it to restaurants and beverage companies."
When she’s not working on her wine or expanding her eatery business, NeNe’s also moving forward with plans for her own hot spot, The L Lounge. Originally dubbed The Linnethia, she named the hangout after herself.
"I’m working on my lounge," NeNe told to S2S. "My lounge hasn’t opened up yet, but we talk about it a lot on this season [of "RHOA"]. It’s called The Linnethia."
NeNe said that it was a recent decision to abbreviate the name. "We hope to do them in very hot places like Vegas. Like maybe there’s an L Lounge in a casino," she added. "We’re having meetings with casino [executives]."
Ideally, the reality TV diva would also like to see L Lounges pop up in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington D.C. "Miami is one of the places we’ve really been looking into," she added.
In the meantime, NeNe has released her very own T-shirts, which are selling for $150 a pop. "Check out I’m Very Rich Bitch T-shirts All Swarovski crystal," she tweeted. Take a look at her design to your right.
NeNe also discussed plans to come out with her own line of shoes when she dropped by VH1’s "Big Morning Buzz."
