Draya Michele pre-apologized to fans in anticipation of the leak of a sex tape, but now she’s doubtful that such footage even exists.
The “Basketball Wives: LA” star has hired a lawyer to seek action against those responsible for suggesting that the sex tape is real, TMZ reports.
While Draya’s original Twitter posts about the alleged tape didn’t mention who else might be in the homemade movie, it’s been rumored that singer Chris Brown might be her on-screen partner.
However, the singer, who she dated for about nine months in 2010, is also denying that the two ever recorded their intimate moments.
“This report is absolutely not true… Doesn’t it seem like a coincidence that every time Chris has a major performance or event on the horizon, some fake story like this breaks?” Chris’ rep told TMZ.
According to MediaTakeOut, the anonymous person in possession of the alleged tape wants $50,000 to hand it over.
