The woman who claims to be Justin Bieber’s babymama isn’t through with the young pop star yet.
Although 20-year-old Mariah Yeater has dropped her paternity lawsuit, the single mother still wants a test done to confirm what she firmly believes: that Bieber is the father of her son Tristyn.
“I am still pursuing the paternity claim through my Chicago attorney Jeffery Leving and my Los Angeles attorney John Carlson but outside of court,” Mariah told Chicago Sun-Times columnist Stella Foster. “I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case.”
While it’s been rumored that 23-year-old Robbie Powell is Tristyn’s real dad, Justin is probably a more desirable father figure—despite his age—considering that Robbie is behind bars.
“He is not the father and he’s locked up and out of the picture,” Mariah said.
According to Mariah’s attorney, Jeffery Leving, Justin hasn’t provided DNA that would either confirm that he is the father or prove that Mariah’s claims are false.
“Bieber’s counsel has not provided me documentation supporting that the DNA test occurred,” Jeffery said.
“If negotiations with Bieber’s counsel does not result in DNA testing of everyone under mutually agreeable and controlled conditions, then the legal proceedings will likely need to be refiled,” he said.
