Chris Brown was on the star-studded guest list for Rihanna’s 24th birthday bash in Beverly Hills.
There are whispers that Rihanna was happy to have her ex-beau at her super-exclusive, Caribbean-themed soiree on Monday night. One partygoer told Celebuzz.com that the two seemed to be getting along very well. TMZ.com reports that they were a little more than friendly with each other, stating that Chris "spent a huge chunk of the night nuzzling up against Rihanna."
The TMZ source also claimed that the two stuck close and truly seemed to be reveling in each other’s company as they held hands, sat with each other and chatted throughout the party.
It’s not clear if Chris’ girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, was also in attendance, but the couple was seen at LAX on Wednesday hopping a flight to Miami.
While neither Chris nor Rihanna have commented on his attendance at the bash, technically, no one else should have said anything about his appearance, either.
Supposedly guests and party staff were prompted to sign confidentiality agreements, yet details about the lavish party did leak. According to NecoleBitchie.com, one attendee tweeted, "All I can say, CB was invited and she was acting like the happiest girl on her birthday and probably got what she asked for."
Sources told Clevver News that Kelly Rowland, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars were also at the party.
There’s also speculation that Chris could be popping up as a surprise feature on Rihanna’s "Birthday Cake" single, which will be released on her birthday, February 20.
The track’s producers, Da Internz, teased MTV News with this tidbit about the single: “We got the Rihanna ‘Birthday Cake’ coming out in a week. And the feature on there is gonna shock the world.”
Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus are also rumored surprise features.
