Chris Brown refusing to answer to authorities?

Florida authorities want to chat with singer Chris Brown about the cell phone he’s accused of taking from fan Christal Spann, who wanted to snap a photo of Chris with the device, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

“The Florida State’s Attorney’s Office has asked Chris’ attorney, Mark Geragos, for the opportunity to formally interview Chris,” RadarOnline.com reports. “At this point it appears that won’t happen, which isn’t uncommon.”

Chris asserts that he did nothing wrong. “He is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him,” a source said.

That’s not stopping the Florida prosecutor from investigating.

“Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office. He will do whatever his attorney asks him to do. He is no longer in Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason he certainly will. Chris has nothing to hide,” the source added.

Kandi Burruss talks Sheree Whitfield beef

Kandi Burruss visited Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” to further discuss her disagreement with Sheree Whitfield in South Africa.

“I was really irritated by the whole situation,” said Kandi about a comment she made that Sheree paraphrased for co-star Kim Zolciak. “Why would you make it seem like you understand what I was saying in the car, but then hours later, when we call Kim, you make it seem like it was a racial thing?” Kandi said.
