Watch a ‘Styled by June’ sneak peek

Trina, Kelly Rowland, Aubrey O’Day, Jaleel White and Da Brat all appear on "Styled by June," which debuts next Monday on VH1.

The reality series features celeb stylist June Ambrose as she uses fashion to inspire and transform her clients.

“Achieving a head-to-toe makeover does not come easily… It’s not just about playing dress up; it’s about rediscovering oneself,” she said.

The show will also introduce VH1 viewers to June’s assistants who have the hard job of pleasing the perfectionist and trying to stay sane.

“They’re a whole lot of drama,” she said.

    Royce Reed disses ‘Basketball Wives’

It’s no secret that many critics out there have bones to pick with VH1’s “Basketball Wives,” a reality series that often shows Black women bickering, backstabbing and beating each other up.

Series star, Royce Reed, said she can understand why people criticize and even boycott the show.

“People who say they’re not going to support the show, I can’t blame them,” she told binside.tv.

Despite having been involved in at least one physical altercation on the show, Royce said she’s trying to be a role model.

“I think I’m giving [viewers] someone to look up to… I try to learn from [my mistakes],” she said.

Lil Kim pissed at ‘106 & Park’?

“106 & Park” host Rocsi Diaz tried to quickly change the subject when Lil Kim made it clear that she did not want to address her beef with Nicki Minaj while on the BET music video countdown show.

“I respect your game if you say you don’t want to talk about it, but I don’t want to see you talking about it somewhere else,” said Rocsi, speaking like a true journalist who doesn’t want to get scooped.

However, after it was all said and done, Lil Kim took to Twitter to express her frustration with Rocsi’s line of questioning.

“Rocsi tried to get disrespectful towards the end and ask an unappropriate irrelevant question…,” Kim tweeted after the show.

    Halle Berry is engaged

First she was. Then she wasn’t. Now, she is again.

When media outlets reported that Halle Berry was sportin’ a nice new rock on her finger, it was assumed that she’d decided to try marriage again, despite stating that she’d never walk down the aisle again.

Then, sources clarified that the ring was just a gift from Halle’s boyfriend  Olivier.

However, now Olivier is setting the record straight. He and Halle are engaged, The Miami Herald reports.

During the opening of his new restaurant in Miami, Olivier, who didn’t go into detail, simply replied, “Yes, of course it’s true,” when asked about the meaning behind the ring.

There’s been no word yet from Halle’s camp, nor is it clear why the two have been somewhat secretive about the good news.

Her marriage to Olivier will be the third for Halle, who was formerly married to David Justice and Eric Benét.
