Bobbi Kristina reality TV deal closer

It’s been more than a year since Bobbi Kristina first tweeted about a possible reality TV show, and it seems the R&B heiress is a few steps closer to allowing fans to watch her life unfold.

While papers haven’t been signed yet, Bobbi has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with a cable network.

“Bobbi is scared the world will label her just like her mother,” a source told She is obviously “very wild and misguided.”

Last March, Bobbi implied that her series might be airing on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network.

“Guess what?! We are currently in the process of meetings about starting my very OWN! Realityshow!!” she tweeted.

Since her mother’s passing in February, Bobbi has only agreed to one interview, and that was with Oprah.

However, it’s still unclear which network is planning to air the reality show, if it happens.

“This show is being done against her family’s advice,” said the source.

Bobbi, who is also expected to be in a scripted Tyler Perry series soon, has dabbled in reality TV before. She was on-hand when her parents, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, invited cameras into their home for “Being Bobby Brown.”

The series was cause for alarm for many of the stars’ fans who saw it as confirmation that Bobby and Whitney were using drugs.

While rumors of Bobbi’s drug use persist, Bobbi supporters are hoping her new series won’t be a “Being Bobby Brown” clone.

The series is expected to feature Bobbi and her friends, including her boyfriend and former “play brother” Nick Gordon.

“I will show the world I am NOT my mother and will NOT walk in her shoes down her path,” a source quoted Bobbi.
