Chris Brown fans will have to wait a little longer to hear his Fortune.
His fourth album was originally scheduled to be released on May 8, but Chris recently announced on Twitter that Fortune will hit stores July 3.
Fortune will include his singles “Turn Up The Music”, “Till I Die” and “Sweet Love.”
The album is a follow-up to 2011’s F.A.M.E., which reached no. 1 in the U.S.
His fans won’t be waiting in vain. They can catch him in the new movie Think Like a Man, where he has some short cameos in scenes with Meagan Good. His role is something of a running gag in the film.
In addition to catching him on the screen, Chris plans to give a live concert for NBC’s "Today Show" as part of their Summer Concert Series. Last summer, Chris broke records by bringing in the biggest "Today Show" crowd to the Rockefeller Center with an estimated 18,000 to 20,000 people.
Fans can watch the concert for free on June 8 on a first-come, first-serve basis at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. MSNBC advises fans to arrive by 6 a.m. for best viewing.
Chris is also working with Tyga on Fan of a Fan 2, the sequel to their 2010 mixtape. The first part of the mixtape brought out the hit singles, “Deuces” and “No Bullshit.”
