T.I. gives Jay-Z Blue Ivy advice

T.I.’s got a few words of fatherhood advice for Jay-Z now that he’s got a little girl.

T.I.’s got lots of experience being a dad in the spotlight, so he’s sharing some of his know-how with Hov.

Yahoo! reports that Tip suggested Hov set the bar high for his daughter by providing a good example.

“Little girls are going to judge men they meet in the future based off how their father treated them,” said T.I., who stars in the reality show, "T.I. & Tiny: Family Hustle."

The Atlanta rapper explained that Jay’s behavior will give his baby girl a good sense of what not to tolerate when she begins dating. “You’ve got to be her first love, her first everything so when she runs into nonsense in the street then she’ll know, ‘Nah, my daddy would never do it like that, so this isn’t even worth my time or attention.’”

It appears that Hov, who just announced that he’s taking a break from music to spend time with Blue, has already got T.I.’s final tip covered.

"Enjoy the moments," said T.I. "Enjoy the moments because once they’re gone, they’re gone."
