Chad Ochocinco might be a Johnson again, but his new wife Evelyn Lozada isn’t!
TMZ.com reports that in an attempt to stand by her man through all stages of their marriage, Evelyn took on the married surname Ochocinco because her hubby hadn’t readopted his original last name by the time they got hitched.
The plan was that she would change her last name to Johnson once Chad did, but there’s been a little hiccup with the paperwork. Specifically, Ev hasn’t gotten her official marriage documents yet, so she can’t change her last name.
Once the documents are in, she can become a Johnson. However, Chad’s thrown another curveball at Ev, who also plans to keep her family’s last name.
Supposedly, Chad wants to keep Ochocinco as part of his name, so his full name would be “Chad Javon Ochocinco Johnson." That means his bride’s full name is going to be a mouthful: “Evelyn Alexandra Lozada Ochocinco Johnson.” Whew! Try saying that five times fast.
