K.Michelle fights against abuse in PSA

The women of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" are coming together to fight back against domestic violence.

On tonight’s episode of "LHHATL," K.Michelle will be shooting a PSA for Saving Our Daughters that encourages women to leave abusive situations.

The singer, who has been very open about her own past with domestic violence, gives a stark look at what abuse can look like as she delivered her message with cuts and bruises all over her face.

Her video is part of a series, shot by famed Atlanta photographer Derek Blanks, for the I am Here…To Yell Confidence campaign. Mimi Faust will also be making an appearance in the series. Anyone that would like to support the campaign and Saving Our Daughters cane make donations here.

The PSA is just part of their outreach, though, as K.Michelle also she told a group of young women from Saving Our Daughters about her journey from hurt to forgiveness. Mimi also shared her story about what happened when her mother became a Scientologist.

Both Rasheeda and Erica Dixon were there for moral support as K.Michelle and Mimi opened up, but things may not end on a sympathetic note tonight on "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta."
