Trey, Ne-Yo cookin’ up R&B beef?

Trey Songz called fellow R&B crooner Ne-Yo a “hater” in response to Ne-Yo’s comments describing Trey’s music as “emotionally disconnected.”

Although it seems Ne-Yo was only giving some constructive criticism, that didn’t stop Trey from feeling like shots were taken at him.

“I think the simple way to put it would be, he’s hating,” Trey said in a recent interview with the K104 Morning Show.

Trey stated that the two are, and have been, friends. If Ne-Yo really wanted to express his opinion, then the two could’ve had a conversation about it before all of the drama, Trey said.

“It was a taped interview, so he could’ve hit me before it happened. I mean, that’s definitely a shot, and I told him that,” he said.

According to Trey, he’s at the point in his life where he’s too grown to bicker or let anyone pull him into drama. Instead of fueling the fire via social networks like most celebs, Trey just said, “I’m grown, and I just know where to put him in my life right now.”

But, the singer didn’t hesitate to get his frustrations out on his “I Don’t Like (Triggamix),” where he says: “N*$#@s throw shade, and I shine on ’em,”
    Hmmm…

Trey’s new beef comes on the tail end of another with singer R.Kelly, but it seems Trey and R have just buried the hatchet.

“I can’t explain how much that means to me,” said Trey in reponse to R.Kelly’s recent comments on a possible collaboration between the two.

“He’s been an influence and an idol for me for a long time,” he said.

On a much lighter note, the "Heart Attack" singer also did an interview with radio personalities Miss Kimmie and Sana G from KMEL in San Francisco, where he talked about his favorite sexual position and his ex-girlfriend Helen’s recent engagement to an NBA player.

“If she’s happy with a man that can do for her what I couldn’t, then that’s what she deserves,” he said.

Trigga also spoke out about his rumored relationship with ATL star Lauren London.

“Lauren London is a very important person to me. I love her to death. Is she my woman? No. We are great friends, and we have been lovers before.”
