Earlier this week, Donald Trump proclaimed to “Fox and Friends” that he had "something very, very big concerning the President of the United States." He insinuated that his findings would have a significant negative impact on Obama’s re-election campaign.
Donald’s associate and financial pundit, Douglas Kass, took to Twitter to leak Donald’s findings. The high-profile investor tweeted his 48,000 Twitter followers, “High above the Alps, my Gnome has heard that Donald will announce that he has unearthed divorce papers between the Prez and his wife.”
Donald’s spokesperson, Holly Lorenzo, told MailOnline that the official announcement would be made today via Trump’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, and Donald has since confirmed via social media that he will make the announcement at noon.
This is not the first time allegations of divorce papers in the POTUS’ past have been brought up. Former New York Times writer and conspiracy theorist, Ed Klein, recently released a book called The Amateur, in which he also made the divorce claim.
The White House quickly dismissed Klein, citing the author’s history of making up stories and accusations that included his insisting that the president is Muslim. Former Vice President Dick Cheney told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that he found Ed’s book "enlightening."
The book claimed that Michelle Obama prepared the divorce papers back in 2000, following the president’s attempt to win an Illinois House seat.
Does it change your opinion of the Obamas if Michelle did file for divorce more than 10 years ago? Why or why not? Leave your feedback below.
