‘Basketball Wives: LA’ recap: 11.6.12

Laura Govan revealed her master plan against Jackie Christie on "Basketball Wives: LA."

    Jackie fixes her family

We’re beginning to see a pattern with how Jackie Christie handles conflict. The "BBW: LA" queen bee wants to repair her relationship with her daughters, so she got a little professional help.

Jackie swore that she wouldn’t interrupt, giving her daughters the chance to fully express themselves. Of course, that’s not exactly how things went. The session took a turn for the worse when her daughter Chantel said she feels like Jackie can be fake.

    Gloria talks about Matt’s arrest

Gloria needed a little time to unwind after her now-hubby Matt Barnes got locked up on the way home from dinner.

While initial reports of the incident stated that Matt resisted arrest, Gloria argues that he was actually trying to follow orders. The misunderstanding came in when Matt tried to hand a set of keys off to Gloria.

And from the way Gloria makes it sound, there’s a good chance that Matt has had problems with the arresting officer before.

    No boys allowed

Draya Michele invited Brooke Bailey to come with her for a girls’ night out at a lesbian bar. No sooner did Draya run to the bar to grab some drinks than a pair of ladies came up to keep Brooke company. And there were more to come!

By the end of the night, the party had migrated to their table and the models were the center of attention. It’s not clear whether any of their new friends though they had a shot with the models because apparently they "look straight."

What gave them away? Their long fingernails.

…yeah we don’t follow that logic, either.

    Will you be my friend?

Jackie wants to rebuild her imaginary royal court, and for some reason she’s extra pressed to have Laura Govan as her BFF.  Lucky for her, Laura never misses a chance to hang out.

Not so lucky for Jackie, Laura is not above a little betrayal when it comes to Jackie Christie. She’s still feel very hurt about how things went down last season, so she’s adopted the attitude "keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

She’s been dropping hints all season that her two-faced ways with Jackie are purely for revenge. And when confronted about her mean girl comments, Laura does what any other good double agent would do: Lie!

    Back at ‘ya

Malaysia wants to know why Laura revealed her evil scheme to stab Jackie in the back.

So Malaysia had to ask the adult question: Why are you doing this? It’s payback…plain and simple. While Malaysia doesn’t see the purpose of anyone going out of their way to hurt someone else.

"I’mma do you like you did me. You’re gonna feel all the pain that I felt," Laura explained.

But, Malaysia advised her to "remember that karma goes both ways."
