Cee Lo Green, who is currently under investigation for allegedly drugging a female friend and engaging in sexual behavior with her, is speaking out.

“Given that the matter is under investigation, we obviously cannot speak as freely as we’d like. What we can say is that these allegations are despicable, untrue and deeply hurtful to Cee Lo, his children and his family,” said Cee’s rep.

The woman, who is apparently a friend of Cee Lo’s, has accused him of giving her ecstasy while the two enjoyed dinner at a restaurant. According to the woman, the next thing she recalls is waking up naked in Cee Lo’s bed.

“We are confident that when all the facts come out, it will be clear that if anyone was victimized here, it was Cee Lo,” said his rep.

As if that weren’t enough drama, Cee-Lo Green was involved in an incident with two women outside of a Miami Beach hotel. TMZ referred to the altercation as a "knock down drag out fight."

Cee Lo, backed by witnesses, claimed that he was the victim in this melee, which began in his hotel room.

The women told police they met Cee Lo at a nightclub and that he invited them back to his hotel room. After getting into an argument with one of the ladies, Cee Lo reportedly asked both of them to leave the room. He was escorting them out, when one of the women allegedly called him a "fat motherf****r." Cee-Lo then responded "you need to leave b***h," according to TMZ.com.

Witnesses indicated that the two women were heavily intoxicated and got physical with the producer when they got outside of the hotel.

Cee Lo said one woman began hitting him with a barrage of punches and slaps to the face, and witnesses say the other woman then jumped him from behind hitting him in the head repeatedly.

No arrests were made as police determined that it was mutual combat.
