Tamera Mowry-Housley has something extra to be thankful for because she is officially a mom!

The "Tia & Tamera" star and hubby Adam Housley welcomed their son, Aden John Tanner Housley, on November 12. He was delivered at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing in at 9 lbs., 5 oz., and 21.5 inches long.

"Adam and I feel very blessed to finally be holding our son," Tamera said in a statement via the Style Network. "He is a beautiful miracle, and our hearts are overflowing with love. Thank you to everyone for your love and support. It means so much to our family."

Tamera and Adam had expected little Aden much sooner than today. In fact, Tamera’s sister Tia told Us Weekly on October 18 that the baby’s arrival was imminent. According to People.com, he was due on October 30.

Fast forward nearly two weeks later, and Tamera was more than ready to meet her new little man. The actress revealed on Twitter that she was even thinking of trying something called a maternity salad to help promote labor.

This is the first child for Tamera and Adam, who got married in May 2011.

Naturally, Tia was excited to greet her new nephew and congratulate her twin, tweeting, "Yay!!! I can finally now say! I am an auntie!!!! Can we say chunk munk!!! So happy & blessed! Cree now has a play date! He is beaituful [sic]!"
