NeNe Leakes knows how to handle Twitter thugs

NeNe Leakes has proven that she knows how to handle her fellow co-stars who hate on her, and she also knows exactly what to do when she’s attacked by viewers via social media.

“I usually press block. I get a lot of mean tweets,” NeNe told Rosie O’Donnell on “Anderson Live.”

NeNe explained that she doesn’t have a problem with criticism, but when her anti-fans cross the line, that’s when she takes action.

“Sometimes I get people who are really outspoken and saying really negative things. If they say something like, ‘NeNe, I don’t like your shirt,’ I’m cool with it, but when they start going like real negative, I press block.”

Though the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has seemingly turned over a new leaf and is displaying less confrontational behavior than she once did, she admitted that she has responded in kind when attacked on Twitter.

“I look and see if they’re following me, and if they’re following me, then I [direct message] them a really nasty message,” said NeNe.

While NeNe may get nasty with rude Twitter followers, her “Celebrity Apprentice” host, Donald Trump, has been accused of getting nasty over Barack Obama and Rosie O’Donnell.

However, the “Glee” and “New Normal” star had nothing negative to say in response to Donald’s claims that he’s responsible for her success.

“A lot of people liked watching me on ‘Celebrity Apprentice,’ and I have to say that Donald has been in my life,” said NeNe.
