After making sure the world realized he and K.Michelle were not an official item, J.R. Smith admits he’s in love with a tatted up woman.

The New York Knicks’ basketball player has been in the limelight lately, not only for his buzzer-beating game winning shots, but also for his relationship with “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star, K.Michelle.

Add these two to the list of superstar couples who take to Twitter for the world to see their struggles.

A few weeks ago, the two were caught kissing and hugging each other on camera and sending tweets with the hashtag “hoodlove.”

However, J.R. apparently thought twice about the public declaration of affection. He tweeted, “Thats not my girl! Im SINGEL!,” in response to someone who congratulated K. Michelle for having a man.

J.R. later stated that in order to be dumped, you have to be boyfriend and girlfriend first. The baller seemed frustrated with all the attention surrounding his relationship with the “LHH:ATL” star, but on Christmas Eve the R&B singer had a little something of her own to say on Twitter.

“Oh u feel some type of way now? Good. Imagine how I felt,” K.Michelle wrote along with “#f_@kyosorry,” presumably in response to an apology. According to Bossip.com, those tweets were directed to J.R.

In an interview earlier this month, the “LHHATL” diva reached out to say she did want her man back; however, that desire appears to be short lived.
Most recently, the shooting guard did hash tag he was in love with a tatted up woman, when a fan asked if he liked his woman tatted or not. Could it be K. Michelle?

The photo that started it all…
