VH1 edits Mendeecees out of ‘Love & Hip Hop’?

Did VH1 try to cut Yandy Smith’s babydaddy Mendeecees from "Love & Hip Hop"?

Sooo…we noticed the other night that "Love & Hip Hop" was nowhere to be found on VH1’s lineup on Monday night. At first we thought it must be a technical error in the listings, but sure enough 8 p.m. came and went and there was no show.

Despite the fact that VH1 has said the show was pulled due to "scheduling" conflicts, there are rumors that the network was still editing the show—specifically cutting scenes featuring Mendeecees.

This gossip comes after Mendeecees was acquitted of the sexual assault charges against him. Although he was cleared of claims that he paid a 15-year-old girl to perform sexual acts, Bossip.com reports VH1 is rumored to still have decided to cut him from the show because viewers are outraged over the allegations.

Mendeecees isn’t out of the woods yet when it comes to his legal troubles. He is still set to stand trial for drug charges.

Viewers will have to see if the chatter is true next Monday when "Love & Hip Hop" airs.
