Between the 2013 Oscars,”Good Morning America,” and teaching people how to dance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” Michelle Obama had a very busy weekend.
Michelle Obama may not have walked the red carpet, but she was on hand for the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday!
The first lady had the distinct honor of presenting the most coveted award of the evening, Best Film, to the cast and crew of Argo. And she was introduced by Jack Nicholson.
This was just part of Michelle’s whirlwind weekend, which kicked off with an appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” as she busted a move to illustrate the evolution of mom dancing. As part of her Let’s Move campaign to combat childhood obesity and promote an active lifestyle, Michelle took viewers from “The Bump” and “The Sprinkler” all the way to “Single Ladies.” But she really shut it down when she hit “The Dougie.”
Next it was off to “Good Morning America,” where the first lady chatted with Robin Roberts for the anchor’s first sitdown interview since returning from sick leave. The ladies caught up with each other while cooking up a tasty dish with chef Marcus Samuelson in a segment that will air on Tuesday.
