“Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans likely remember that Porsha Stewart offered her vocal talents as entertainment for Cynthia Bailey’s pageant guests.
Unfortunately, not only did Cynthia not take her up on her offer, “RHOA” viewers didn’t get to hear one note for Porsha, who when asked to sing while out at a restaurant with her co-stars, was interrupted by music before she could even warm up her vocal chords.
Disappointed music lovers shouldn’t fret too much because Porsha is apparently in the studio.
The housewife recently shared photos of herself singing at a microphone and sitting at a mixing board. She may be both performing and producing.
Of course, Porsha isn’t the first “RHOA” star to parlay her fame into a shot at a music career. Her predecessor, Kim Zolciak, shot the top of the charts with “Tardy to the Party,” thanks, in part, to co-star Kandi Burruss.
There have also been whispers that NeNe Leakes can hold a tune and hopes to record music soon.
However, most recently, Porsha’s on-screen nemesis, Kenya Moore, decided to release a song based off her now-famous phrase “Gone With the Wind fabulous.”
Kenya, whose relationship with Phaedra Parks quickly went left, received a fair amount of criticism for releasing a workout DVD with a similar theme to one Phaedra released just weeks before.
It remains to be seen whether Porsha’s music will sound anything like Kenya’s.
