Evelyn Lozada sends ‘cease and desist’ to Chad

The “Basketball Wives” star has issued a cease and desist order in hopes of silencing the former NFL star, who intimated that she may have been unfaithful during their 41-day marriage. He didn’t name names, but hinted that the “other man” may have been a member of the Young Money Cash Money Billionaires crew. Evelyn’s novel was released under the YMCMB publishing division.

According to TMZ, Evelyn’s attorneys sent Chad the order on Thursday, the same day his verbal assault on Evelyn’s rep, Danika Berry, turned into accusations of marital infidelity on Evelyn’s part.

Evelyn has not directly addressed the rumors, but shortly following her split from Chad, she told life coach Iyanla Vanzant that adultery was not tolerated in their marriage. Reportedly, it was a receipt for a box of condoms that led to the incident that subsequently resulted in their divorce.

Despite the drama, Evelyn seems to be keeping a positive attitude and is focusing on the next moves in her life.

“I can’t wait to share with u details in regards to my new foundation I just started! I truly found my purpose! #Serving #GivingBack,” she tweeted Saturday.
