Porsha Stewart may not have to worry about defending her marriage anymore as her hubby Kordell Stewart has just filed for divorce.

Porsha’s picture perfect life may not be developing as she had hoped. TMZ.com reports that Kordell is seeking a divorce from Porsha less than two years after they got married.

According to court documents filed in Fulton County Superior Court on March 22, Kordell claims that his marriage to Porsha is “irretrievably broken” and that they are currently separated. The pair wed on May 21, 2011

On “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” the pair often disagreed about kids and work. Porsha, who wanted to have it all,  has said that she wants to be a mom, but she’d still like to have a career. However Kordell asserted that he wanted her to choose between one or the other.

Although Porsha implied earlier this season on “RHOA” that she and Kordell do not have prenuptial agreement, he has said that there aren’t any marital assets that need to be divvied up between him and Porsha. This suggests that there may actually have been a pre-nup.

Porsha may want to forget about spousal support, too. It doesn’t seem as though he intends to shell out much money if any in the divorce. He stated in divorce filing that “[Porsha's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself.”

Porsha just spoke about her marriage last Sunday on “Watch What Happens Live,” and neither she nor Kordell have commented on the reports at this time. However she did send out a somewhat cryptic tweet to her 97,000+ followers earlier today, stating, “Morning Dolls Today is the 1st Day of the rest of your Life! Make It GREAT!”

This comes on the heels of rumors of that Porsha may not be returning to “RHOA” next season. The Bravo reality star has been re-tweeting pleas from fans for her to stay on the show, but she has not confirmed that gossip, either.
