President Barack Obama was in rare form at the 2013 White House Correspondents’ Dinner this weekend as he made cracks about Jay-Z and his detractors.

More than a few eyebrows raised when Barack stepped up to the podium to DJ Khaled’s “All I Do Is Win.”

“Rush Limbaugh warned you about this. Second term, baby! We’re changing things around here,” the president said with a laugh. “My advisors were a little about the new rap entrance music.”

That was just the beginning of the jokes for Barack, who riffed for 12 minutes about everything people have criticized him for over the last year. But he started with all the hub bub over Jay-Z and Beyonce’s anniversary vacation in Cuba.

Hov spoke on it in “Open Letter,” rhyming, “Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached’/We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.”

On Saturday, Barack finally had his say! “Some things are beyond my control. For example, this whole controversy about Jay-Z going to Cuba — it’s unbelievable. I’ve got 99 problems and now Jay-Z is one.”

For the guy that was confused while everyone was chuckling, he explained, “That’s another rap reference, Bill. I just wanted to let you know.”

Barack even cracked on the History channel after “The Bible” miniseries cast an actor that looks like him to play the devil. And he even takes a shot at Taylor Swift, Fox News, CNN and “Oprah money.”
