Damon Dash is no longer big pimpin’ as he now claims that he is facing eviction.

The New York Daily News reports that Dame has filed a claim stating that he is so buried in debt that he’s actually at risk at being of being kicked out of his mansion.

“I am currently several months behind in paying my personal bills,” he wrote in court documents. “For instance, I am currently over $100,000 behind in rent for the only home in which I live and at risk of being evicted.”

As last homes go, the mansion in New York suburb is pretty nice: It comes equipped with a music studio, a pool and hardwood floors.

The former Roc-A-Fella Records head stated in court documents that he lost two lofts in Tribeca due to foreclosure in 2010. In 2008, an SUV he leased was repossessed after he missed a monthly payment.

He claims that he currently pays his ex-wife Rachel Roy $24,000 a month in child support. That amount also covers the money $7.3 million left on the lofts’ mortgages.  In addition to that, Damon claims that the state of New York has also ordered him to send his son Christian another $4,341.10 per month.

The financial troubles do not end there for Damon. The hip-hop mogul stated that he’s facing criminal prosecution for not paying his taxes in New Jersey. On top of that, he owes more than $2 million in taxes in New York, and he admits that he hasn’t kept up with federal income taxes.
