Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was arrested today and sentenced to 30 days in jail after violating probation for his domestic violence case involving his then-wife, Evelyn Lozada.

His attorney worked hard to make sure he wouldn’t have to spend any time in jail so long as Chad kept his act together.

TMZ.com reports that just as they were closing the deal in the courtroom, Ochocinco slapped his male attorney on the butt! The judge was enraged claiming that he did not take things seriously and announced that the deal was off.

Along with the 30 days in jail, Chad will have a probation extension until December 21, 2013 while also completing 25 additional hours of community service and extra therapy sessions.

Chad pleaded no contest to heading-butting Lozada during an argument last August. She immediately filed for divorce after less than a month of marriage. Early in 2013, Ochocinco skipped out on a meeting with his probation officer violating the terms of his probation for the domestic violence case.
