Tami Roman has confirmed that she will be replacing Tamar Braxton on the VH1’s girlfriend talk show “Tiny Tonight”
When Tamar decided to join “The Real,” she left a spot open on Tiny’s panel series. With only a year-end wrapup and a Valentine’s Day special under its belt, the show was still fairy new to VH1 and the network was easily able to pull in another one of its stars to fill Tamar’s spot.
When searching for someone as outspoken as Tamar producers thought Tami would be a perfect patch for “Tiny Tonight.” She made her debut as part of the panel recently, and she revealed that the show was back in production the other day when she tweeted, “Joining the girls of Tiny Tonight, cant wait 2work w/ @TinyMajorMama TRINArockstarr & @claudiajordan -Thank U Tiny!”
Tamar’s not sweating the swift replacement, though! With this week’s release of “Love & War” and tonight’s season 2 premiere of “Tamar and Vince” (not to mention a new baby), she’s moved on. But she’s still supporting her girl Tiny’s show.
“I’m not doing the show anymore. I did that. Well you know, I only actually agreed to do two from the beginning,” Tamar explained to “The Breakfast Club” this week. “Tiny and I are really good friends. So like I told her I would do it and that’s it. I’m saying that I wasn’t scheduled to do it in the first place.”
