Beyoncé embarrassed to play songs for her mother
Beyoncé let it all hang out on her new self-titled album, but there were a couple of people she was nervous to share it with.
Songs like “Partition,” “Rocket,” “Drunk In Love” and “Blow” leave very little to the imagination, and Bey was cool with that. “I don’t have any shame at all about being sexual, and I’m not embarassed about,” she stated in her latest mini-doc for Beyoncé.
While she had no problem opening up about that side of herself with her fans, it took her some time to share the track “Partition” with those nearest and dearest to her.
“I was so embarrassed after I recorded the song because I’m just talking sh*t,” she says. “I’m like, ‘I can’t play this for my husband!’ I still haven’t played it for my mom. She’s going to be very mad at me.”
