Porsha Williams said she’ll never be friends with Kenya Moore and refused to explain how she’s paying for her Atlanta mansion when she visited “Bethenny” today.
Though Porsha and Kenya shared a close moment while the cast vacationed in Savannah, Ga., the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star clarified that they are still not friends.
“I enjoy genuine friendships, genuine relationships. If I can’t build that with you, then it’s just like a waste of time. I really don’t have time for fake friends,” said Porsha who was recently accused of being a bad friend by co-star NeNe Leakes.
NeNe accused Porsha of not being available when NeNe reaches out to her, but Porsha had her own issue with NeNe who questioned Porsha’s parenting skills.
“I think that’s a little harsh to say I don’t know anything about parenting. I was a parent to my ex-husband’s son for two years. I think that we act out when we got on the blog, and we say things to be harsh or for entertainment, and you really don’t think about who you could be hurting and what you say,” said Porsha.
Despite those issues, Porsha said she could see herself being close with every cast member, except Kenya with whom she’s bumped heads since the two first met on season 5.
“They’re all great girls. I could definitely see myself being friends with them,” said Porsha, suggesting that’s something that might happen in the future.
“The show is not really set up for you to be close, close friends right now because of the tension that has to be brought in and all that,” said Porsha who wasn’t too happy about Kandi Burruss’ and Phaedra Parks’ reactions to her new 8,000 square foot home.
When host Bethenny Frankel asked Porsha how she’s paying for the estate, Porsha opted not to share. “It is none of your business,” said Porsha who referred to the home as a “splurge.”
