Kenya Moore senses a double standard at play when it comes to how her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-stars reacted to Kandi Burruss’ outburst and how they’re blaming her for the infamous “RHOA” rumble.
“I watched Kandi explode into a blackout rage stating she would ‘kill’ people and ‘drag’ them,” Kenya wrote in her most recent BravoTV.com blog. “My issue is not with Kandi’s fit of anger, but with the acceptance of her behavior from the women over the same point that I attempted to make: NO ONE SHOULD EVER PUT HIS OR HER HANDS ON YOU.”
Unfortunately for Kenya, her co-stars don’t believe Christopher Williams grabbed her in a rough enough manner to warrant Kenya’s friend intervening.
NeNe Leakes wrote: “Christopher NEVER touched her in an aggressive way. He was only trying to stop her from charging his wife, and I stand by that! I’m the first to tell you that a man should never touch a woman aggressively, and he didn’t!”
While her co-stars blame her for the melee, Kenya pointed out that many “RHOA” viewers blame NeNe who asked “inflammatory” questions during her sleepover event. (In her defense, NeNe said she did not come up with the questions herself.)
NeNe also jumped on Kenya’s case about being late to the party, which Kenya said set the tone for how others interacted with her that night.
“All of the questions that NeNe was asking were inflammatory, and she just wouldn’t let anything go. When I arrived, the way she was treating me, it’s almost as though she opened the door for others to treat me that way,” Kenya recently said on “Bethenny.”
