Marlo Hampton is reminding everyone of NeNe Leakes past on the pole as the latest attack in the ongoing feud.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fashionista had some choice words about NeNe following their fight on Sunday’s episode. The fight continued on Twitter Monday, but she wasn’t out of shade for NeNe after their exchange on social media.
“Say what you will about me, but I’m always going to be real. I’m always going to be that woman who will come straight from the heart with no chaser and no BS,” Marlo wrote in her blog.
That’s more than she’s willing to say for her former friend, who has seemingly changed her behavior after reaching a certain level of fame thanks to “RHOA.”
“I’ve never claimed to be perfect, flawless or without regrets. Who is? Definitely not the fake bleached blond with the bold ambitions!” Marlo stated. “She talks about my past incarcerations, her past includes pole sliding, lap dancing, lights, cameras and action! Which one of us is worse? Both of us have come a long way since then haven’t we? Good thing we took advantage of ‘opportunities.'”
NeNe and Marlo haven’t always seen eye-to-eye, but Marlo doesn’t believe that friends will get along all the time. In fact, she expects at least one falling out or two between girlfriends. What she takes issue with is NeNe’s claim that she is a true friend to those around her.
“Real friends have ups and downs, but if they are ‘real,’ then nothing and no one will be able to come between them. NeNe calls herself a ‘loyal’ friend? I wonder if any of her other ‘ex’ friends would agree with her on that. Doubt it!,” Marlo mused. “Even some of the friends on “Team Rich” see her in a different light because now they know her loyalty was a one way street and the only person benefitting from it was her!”
Despite her shade-laden blog post, but there don’t seem to be any hard feelings. Marlo even offered to help the “RHOA” queen bee with her look. “I heard she wants nothing else to do with me, but because I’m against toupee abuse, I’m still willing to hook her up with Lawrence, Dawn or Kemya, three of ATL’s top hairstylist so she can free that small furry animal on her head,” Marlo wrote. “My people are on speed dial, just holla at ya girl! That’s what friends are for.”
