Faith Evans never wanted to be on ‘R&B Divas’

    Shanice

Faith didn’t give away too many secrets about the upcoming seasons, but she mentioned that “I Love Your Smile” singer Shanice (pictured), who was reportedly considered for season 1 of the show, might be heading to “R&B Divas: LA.”

Last year, Shanice told UrbanBridgez.com that she didn’t make the cut to join the cast.

“I sat down with the producers, one is a good friend of mine…He mentioned that he wanted me to be apart of the show, but there are other people involved,” she said. “I didn’t make the cut.”

At the time, she said the decision might have been for the best.

“I’m kind of glad I’m not on the show because I am very, very nice, but I’m not going to let anybody bully me! So, I would hate for the world to see that other side that I do have balled up inside of me. I wouldn’t want that side to come out.”
