Eva Marcille has secured full custody of her daughter Marley, and her ex-boyfriend Kevin McCall has to keep his distance.
TMZ.com reports that Kevin may not get to see his daughter for a very long time because he’s being denied visitation rights. This comes just weeks after Eva filed a restraining order against him.
Eva took out the restraining order against Kevin, claiming he’d kicked down several doors in their home and snatched their baby out of her arms. It’s alleged that he also threatened to punch Eva in the face.
At the time, Kevin was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Eva. Now that she has full custody of their two-month-old daughter, he’s not allowed any visitation rights until a court hearing next month.
The model’s rep said in a statement, “It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”
Kevin and his camp have declined to comment on the matter at this time.
