Despite her recent arrest, Porsha Williams said she has no regrets about signing onto do “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and she’s made some real friends as a result.
“This past season, through my situation, the divorce and me trying to grow as a business woman, I was able to lean on them in a real way. They were really there for me. I’ve actually been able to develop real relationships; I think,” Porsha told V-103 DJ Big Tigger.
Though she didn’t feel so welcomed during her first season on the show, Porsha said all those difficulties and challenges have helped make her stronger.
“The journey has been everything to me. The woman I am today, I wouldn’t be who I am if it wasn’t for what I’ve been through,” said Porsha who assured “RHOA” viewers that she was not faking when she was on the floor crying after attacking co-star Kenya Moore.
“I was really that upset. There’s no way that could’ve been put on and fake by any means. It was just the feeling of disappointment in myself. I just felt a lot of pressure in that moment and I was upset that I gave her the power to make me act out of character. I was just disappointed that it had reached that level and I had been provoked and bullied to that point,” said Porsha.
