Porsha Williams let it be known that she did not appreciate Miss Lawrence’s strong and public criticism of her past sermon.
“I’m not worried about what that bobblehead has to say. He just took it to the left for no reason,” Porsha recently responded while filling in for radio host Russ Parr.
Lawrence, who is a good friend of Porsha’s nemesis Kenya Moore, recently called the “Flatine” singer “ratchet” for the years old pulpit message in which she grouped drug addicts and prostitutes with gays and lesbians.
“We Christians supposed to be telling the hooker in the street, the drug dealer, the pastor who in the hospital trying to commit suicide, the gays, the lesbians, we’re supposed to be trying to save them, and tell them, ‘You’re worthy,’” Porsha preached before joining the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast.
Miss Lawrence acknowledged that Porsha is entitled to her opinion, but suggested she not take advantage of the LGBT community if she doesn’t support its members.
“If you want to hold true to your beliefs, don’t come over to the LGBT community or to the gay girls and want us to help us with your hair, wanna use our gay slang, wanna carry us like your purse,” he said.
Porsha told Russ Parr’s listening audience that if Lawrence had an issue with her comments, he could have spoken to her about it directly rather than blasting her in on air.
“He could have easily picked up the phone instead of trashing me like that,” she said before once again explaining that her words were taken out of context.
“Stop going out and just being nasty like that,” she said to Lawrence. “That’s all that was. That was just nasty.”
