Tamar Braxton sued for stealing song

Tamar Braxton has been accused of stealing music for her album Love and War!

One Miami singer/songwriter is definitely trying it with Tamar!

TheJasmineBrand.com reports that Tamar is being sued by a woman named Emmi Kozulin, who claims that the “Tamar & Vince” star recorded a track titled “One On One Fun” without her permission.

According to court documents, Emmi said that she penned the tune with another woman named Angela Hunte, who is also named as defendant in the lawsuit. Supposedly, they had a deal that they would both get credit for the song, but the ladies never put that agreement in writing. They also neglected to sign any paperwork documenting the alleged deal.

Emmi claims that although she wrote the song with Angela, she recorded the song on her own. Now she’s seeking damages and 50 percent of the profits from “One On One Fun.” She also wants a court order naming her as one of the song’s writers along with Angela.

Tamar has not spoken out about the lawsuit at this time. Check out the court documents here!
