Kerry Washington has come out of seclusion for the first time since delivering her daughter Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha.
The “Scandal” star sat down with the Los Angeles Times yesterday for her post-baby interview, and the publication opened questions up to the public on Twitter. Naturally, one of her fans asked her how she’ll feel about going back to work now that she’s a mom.
It’s nearly impossible to get Kerry to talk about her personal life. She still hasn’t spoken out about her secret wedding, and no one even knew that she was even in a relationship with her now-husband for years before their midwestern nuptials. For some reason, Kerry decided to answer the question.
“So tricky because you know I don’t talk about this stuff,” Kerry said before relenting and giving the public her thoughts on motherhood.
“I will say I feel really, really blessed,” the super-private actress said. “I just feel really blessed that I’m kind of living extraordinary dreams come true in my work life and in my personal life.”
