If she had it to do all over again, Erica Dixon would join the cast of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” but is she now ready for an exit?
“I don’t know if I would have did it this long,” Erica recently told hot 107.9 in Atlanta when asked about her decision to be apart of the hit VH1 show.
“LHHATL” fans have tuned in season after season to watch Erica’s life unfold. She was the babymama/fiancée of rapper Lil Scrappy, but their romance fell apart. Erica remains on the show as confidante to other co-stars and viewers have seen her begin and end another relationship.
Erica said being on a reality TV series makes it difficult to date, and she’s not looking for a new man right now.
“I’m not looking for nothing right now. It’s hard to know what people’s true intentions are,” said Erica who broke up with O’Shea Russell on the series after he began to depend on her financially.
Erica said she pays close attention to how she’s approached to determine whether a man’s intentions are genuine.
As for her ex, Erica said watching him on the show with his new women makes her appreciate that she’s moved on, especially when Momma Dee begins to interfere.
“I do feel bad that somebody has to experience someone whose mind is of Momma Dee,” said Erica who admitted she’s just glad Momma Dee is no longer stressing her out.
“I just be like, ‘Thank God it ain’t me.’ I’m just glad He fixed it,” said Erica who’s not so sure that Scrappy is as thankful.
“Who wouldn’t want me back? Beauty, brains and y’all know my body is real,” she said.
